Top Shelf Summer Cup No.1

Enjoy a Pimm’s with a slice of lemon on a hot summer’s day? This refreshing drop is best mixed with 1 measure of Summer Cup No.1 and 2 to 3 measures of lemonade or ginger ale. Serve with ice and a slice of orange or lemon, fresh strawberries and mint. Makes three 750ml bottles. 

Mixing Instructions Give the mixture a thorough shake before proceeding. Combine the shaken contents with 110 g of sugar and 1.4 liters of premium 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka. Complete the process by topping up the mixture to a total volume of 2.25 liters with water. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
