Description
A honey based Whiskey liqueur first produced on the Isle of Skye from an infusion of herbs and spices. Some people drink it straight up or on the rocks, while others mix it in their favourite cocktails. This essence used to be called Scotch Heather.
Makes 1125ML
Instructions for mixing Ensure a thorough shake of the bottle contents, then proceed by adding them to a measuring jug. Combine this mixture with 850 ml of premium 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka, carefully poured into the Top Shelf Liqueur Base B, whisk until dissolved. Finally, complete the process by adding water to reach a total volume of 1.125 litres
