Description
An Italian style vermouth with a refreshing, sweet and spicy note. Can be made with wine or spirit. Dry vermouth is great served at cooler temperatures. A glass served with ice cubes provides a refreshing way to unwind around the backyard firepit. Otherwise it can be made into a spritzer with a splash of soda and citrus.
Makes 1125ml
Mixing Instructions Shake well and add the contents of the bottle to 450 ml of 40% neutral spirit or vodka top up with 625 ml (21 US fl oz) water. Alternatively, reduce alcohol to 150 ml and replace water. with 925 ml dry white wine of your choice
Ingredients Invert syrup, water, glucose syrup, flavourings, tartaric acid, colour (E150d), preservatives (sodium metabisulphite, potassium sorbate), colour (E104).
