Description
Heat Turbo Yeast is a yeast and nutrient mix designed to ferment in ambient temperatures above 33°C while still producing good distillate quality.
Heat Turbo Yeast is also the only yeast we recommend for `stacking` - up to 200 L of wash can be fermented using 8 sachets.

Fermentation Time:
At 25°C : 3-4 days
At 35°C : 2-3 days
Yield (approx.):
With 6 kg Turbo Sugar using the T500 Reflux Condenser: 3.6 L (0.95 US Gal) @ 93% ABV (186 Proof)
With 6 kg Dextrose using the T500 Reflux Condenser: 3.5 L @ 93%
Mixing Instructions:
- Clean and sanitise all equipment before use.
2. Prepare water making sure you end up with 21 L at the correct water start temperature (indicated on the back of the sachet).
3. Now add sugar, and stir until completely dissolved before adding Turbo Yeast and Turbo Carbon.
Ingredients:
Yeast: Yeast nutrients, dried yeast (yeast, emulsifier (E491)), vitamins, trace minerals, antifoaming agent.
Turbo Clear: Water, silica solution, acid (malic acid), chitosan (crustaceans), preservative (sodium metabisulphite).
Turbo Carbon: Water, activated carbon, thickener (E415), preservative (sodium metabisulphite).
Allergens included: Sulphites and crustaceans.
