Description

Pregelatinised Rice Flour is an excellent thickener for non-dairy yoghurts, soups, sauces, gravies and much more.

Replaces fats to get a creamy smooth texture. Dissolves in hot or cold liquids.

This product being pregelatinised can be added to hot or cold foods and will still dissolve and form a thickening gel. This means you can add more Smooth Gel to your sauces, gravies or coconut yoghurt after they have been made.

Non Dairy Coconut Yoghurt

  • Use 10 to 20 grams in a litre batch of coconut yoghurt in place of other thickeners like pectin.
  • More can be added after fermentation, just whisk in vigorously.
