Expect hints of mango and pine with tropical aromas. This beer can be lightly dry hopped for a lower aroma and flavour, although it can pull off a double dry hop.
Use with a premium Ale yeast and add citra and galxy hops if you like.
Instructions
Pour fresh wort from the bladder into a clean and sanitised fermenter.
Add 5 litres of water to bring volume to 20 litres.
Aerate, pitch Ale yeast
Dry hop with 50g Galaxy hops and 15 g Nelson Sauvin finishing hops on day 7 if you wish.
Once fermentation is complete, bottle condition or keg.
