Even the non craft beer lovers like this one. Light in both colour and flavour we have used a subtle amount of the Magnum hops in the boil which gives a light spicy flavour with a hint of citrus.

A very versatile fresh wort kit.

Use with a lager Yeast or Kveik for warmer temperatures

If you like it a little drier then add a dry enzyme

Instructions

Pour fresh wort from the bladder into a clean and sanitised fermenter.

Add 5 litres of room temperature water to bring volume to 20 litres.

Aerate, pitch Lager yeast,  and Dry Enzyme (optional)

Add hops on day 7 if you wish

Once fermentation is complete, bottle condition or keg.
