Apply Jack Daniels Chicken Rub liberally but evenly to any cut of poultry until the entire surface is coated. Immediately place on to a prepared grill or smoker. Cooking times and temperatures will vary based on cut but always make sure the cut is cooked all the way through reaching an internal temperature of 165F / 74D before serving.
