Galaxy Hop Pellets are an Australian hop variety that showcases gentle citrus with passion fruit notes, along with a high alpha acid level. Similar to Citra, but with the tropical fruit toned down, works best as a late addition or dry hop. Morgans 12g hop bags are easy to use.
