Hi Mountain Jerky Seasoning Spicy Lime

This seasoning has the sweet taste of lime with a spicy kick! Use with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat you choose. Each kit seasons up to 15 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 10 lbs. of ground meat. Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.

Ingredients: Salt, sugar sodium nitrate (.85%), caramel color; and a 3.0 oz. Spicy Lime Blend seasoning packet containing the following ingredients: Dextrose, salt, chipotel pepper, sugar, lime juice powder, dehaydrated garlic, rice conentrate (anti-caking agent), dehydrated onion, cayenne pepper, natural hickory flavour, citric acid, black pepper, spice extractives, oil of lime.
