Usage & Care Instructions
To use the injector:
- Attach the injector needle firmly, careful not to over-tighten.
- Pull the plunger back to draw in the marinade.
- Insert the needle into the deepest part of the meat, away from the bone.
- For thin cuts, inject from the side.
Maintaining your injector:
- Clean the injector in warm, soapy water.
- Rinse and dry thoroughly before storing.
