Refreshing Brew

The Colony West Ginger Beer is a fantasticly refreshing brew. Not as strong a ginger flavour as Morgan's and not as sweet as Brigalow. Just right. The hardest part is the wait. A week in the brew tub then a month in the bottles before being ready to drink. I highly recommend it.

So the colony west ginger beer is great, subtle in the sense of alcohol level with maximum flavour! I have brewed this a few times now & has been a success at all the parties & I have had a few requests to brew again

Its a reasonable brew

Its a concentrate and it tastes like it, but u get used to it. Tastes fine after the initial, doesn't taste like the old syrup type brews. If I wasn't so cheap, would probably go for Morgans.
