This soft, light-coloured Pacific pale ale has a fresh, white-bread flavour from the wheat and ale malts, balanced by a citrus, peach and passionfruit flavours from the Melba hops.
This Craft Beer Kit comes complete with American Ale Yeast and Melba dry hop pellets.
Only the finest grains are selected and malted. Malts are blended to suit the beer style, then mashed with hop extracts to create hopped wort. The fresh wort is gently reduced to 80 Brix before being canned fresh on-site to retain its original delicious malt flavours.
For a Pacific Pale Ale, add 1.5kg Extra Light malt extract. for a lighter Pale Ale, add 1kg dextrose. For a tropical fruit sensation, dry hop with at least 30g (up to 200g) of American, New Zealand and Australian hops like Cascade, Citra, Galaxy, Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka.
