This Craft Beer Kit comes complete with Saison yeast and Saaz dry hop pellets.
This classic light coloured Saison has a clean, fresh malt flavour from wheat and pale malts, with fruity, spicy and peppery flavours from the Saison yeast.
For a super Saison, we recommend you add 1.5kg of Light Liquid malt extract plus 1kg Light Dry malt (or 1kg dextrose).
