Gold Lager is a clean, crisp lager with balanced malt sweetness from pale malts.
Low hop bitterness brings maximum refreshment without compromising flavour.
Perfectly refreshing in hot conditions. For more body a light liquid malt can be used. For more flavour, dry-hop with NZ hops like Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka, for a stonefruit and citrus flavours. Or Australian hops like Galaxy or Vic Secret for tropical fruit flavours.
