This Classic Dry Lager kit comes complete with Pacific lager yeast.

This light-coloured, refreshing lager has a good malt sweetness balanced by a mild hop bitterness and a clean, dry finish to quench a real thirst.

For a Dry Lager add extra light malt extract, or 1kg Gemdex Brewblend.

For more flavour, dry-hop with NZ hops like Nelson Sauvin or Motueka for a stonefruit and citrus flavours, or Australian hops like Galaxy or Vic Secret for tropical fruit flavours.
