This Classic Brown Ale home brew beer kit comes complete with Ale yeast.

This medium-bodied caramel, toffee flavoured brown ale is a satifying drink with a medium bitterness to finish.

For a dark Brown Ale add 1kg of Dry Dark Malt or Dark Liquid Malt.

 For a lighter Brown Ale add 1kg Light Dry malt extract (OR 1kg dextrose).

Finish with 30g of your favourite Australian, NZ or English hops for extra flavour.
