Not what I was expecting

It just tastes strange to me. I saw 'Billsons Fairy Floss' and thought "that's awesome!" But then I mixed it up at home and it's just not quite what I thought it would be and I haven't really given it another go since that first sip. I can't explain the flavour but it just tastes.... Heavy?
