USE & CARE
- Make sure the probe's point is as close to the meat's centre as possible while inserting it into the steak.
- Make sure the probe's tip is not resting on any bone, gristle, or cookware in order to get an accurate temperature reading.
- Steak should be grilled, fried, or barbecued until it reaches the desired cooking time indicated on the thermometer's dial, such as medium rare, medium, or well done.
- DO NOT use the thermometer in a microwave oven.
