Treat the Easter Bunny this long weekend!
This fusion cocktail will drown out the noise from the kids sugar high!
Ingredients
1x Choc Rum Liqueur Premixed
1 x Cafelua Premixed
1 x Cinnamon Stick
1/4 Teaspoon of Allspice
Add cinnamon stick and allspice to Choc Rum Liqueur
Steep to taste
Strain with a coffe filter or clean chux.
Espresso Martini
Combine 50mls of Hot Cross Rum,
35mls Cafelua
a shot of esspresso with ice.
Shake vigourously in a cocktail shaker to combine
Pour into a martini glass, serve with a coffee bean on top
