Hot Cross Rum + Espresso Martini -  Easter Cocktail Recipe

Treat the Easter Bunny this long weekend!

This fusion cocktail will drown out the noise from the kids sugar high!

Ingredients

1x Choc Rum Liqueur Premixed

1 x Cafelua Premixed

1 x Cinnamon Stick

1/4 Teaspoon of Allspice

1 Espresso Shot or more if you need!
Coffee beans to garnish if you want to get fancy!

Directions
Hot Cross Rum

Add cinnamon stick and allspice to Choc Rum Liqueur

Steep to taste

Strain with a coffe filter or clean chux.

 

Espresso Martini

Combine 50mls of Hot Cross Rum,

35mls Cafelua 

a shot of esspresso with ice.

Shake vigourously in a cocktail shaker to combine

Pour into a martini glass, serve with a coffee bean on top
