Make your own Gin
Gin is one of those great spirits that lends itself to many flavours. As long as you have the traditional base of Juniper Berries you can add any flavour and call it Gin!
There are many different ways to make home distilled Gin. You can use an Alembic condenser, pot condenser or a reflux condenser with a basket.
You can also use a reflux still such as the Turbo 500 and add an essence to your 40% filtered neutral spirit
