This essence makes a sweet violet gin with a delicate lavender style flavouring, with juniper and balanced botanical notes followed by a hint of citrus. Its vibrant colour will make stunning cocktails and add that something extra to your next G&T. Why not add a slice of grapefruit, orange or lemon to a bubbly purple gin fizz...there's so much that can be done with this flavouring.

Makes 2.25L mix with vodka or your own neutral spirit
