Mixing Instructions Give the mixture a good shake before proceeding, then combine the contents with 550ml of high-quality 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka. Blend this mixture with the Top Shelf Liqueur Base C or The Brew Shed Liquid Liqueur Base,which should be prepared following the base instructions. Finally, complete the process by adding water to achieve a total volume of 1.125 liters.
