Top Shelf Ruby Port
A velvety ruby style port, with great elegance and perfume.
Dissolve a packet of Liqueur Base “B” in 750ml of red wine.
Add Ruby Port Essence and 770ml of 40% distilled spirit
Top up to 2.25 litres with water
Add sugar to taste id a sweeter port is desired
Best served at 12-16C.
