This is a Kirsch style Brandy liqueur with sweet cherry flavour balanced with the almond flavour from the kernal. Enjoy it cold or in a cocktail, alternatively it is useful in baking especially when making Black Forest Cake
Mixing Instructions Shake well and add contents and 650 ml 40% neutral spirit. Whisk with Top Shelf Liqueur Base A until dissolved then top up to 1.125 Litres with water.
Makes 1125ml
