This delicious Fresh Wort Beer Kit is an excellent introduction to Citra hops in a simple, clean, and only moderately bitter beer. Citrus, grapefruit, lychee, passionfruit and melon notes. Use with Morgans American Ale Yeast. This DIY FWK makes 20 litres of delicious home brewed beer. Carefully crafted using Pilsner and Wheat malts with the addition of Citra Hops.

ABV: 5% 

Yeast Suggestion: Morgans Premium American Ale or US05

Instructions:

1. Decant cube into clean and sanitised fermenter.

2. Add 5 litres of water to bring volume to 20 litres.

3. Stir, pitch yeast and add any additional hops as desired.

4. Once fermentation is complete, bottle condition or keg.

5. Enjoy responsibly.
