Store Credit for Change of Mind: We do not provide refunds for customers who change their mind after the purchase. However, we may offer store credit in certain cases at our discretion.

Process for Damaged Items in Transit:
If your item is damaged during transit, please follow these steps for a refund:

- Keep the original packaging as it will be required for assessment.
- Contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the damaged item. Do not dispose of packaging
- Please take as many photos of damages including outer packaging as you can
