Shipping & Delivery
The service we use for most of our deliveries is Australia Post and Fastway Couriers. With this service Australia Post will attempt delivery of your item, if no one is home they will leave a note and the item will be waiting for you at your local post office. This service also allows us to deliver to post office boxes. Items sent via courier will require a street address as they cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Fastway couriers generally takes between 7-14 business days. Currently, we ship orders within Australia only.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on your order when you proceed through the checkout with your purchase. You can view the calculated shipping rate simply by following the steps during checkout (Please note, these rates will be calculated BEFORE you need to supply payment details, so feel free to try!)
* Free shipping applies to orders over $200 that are not over 5kg and or bulky. These items can be shipped for an extra fee.

At The Brew Shed, we take your privacy seriously. Any personal information that we collect about you will be used only by The Brew Shed to carry out the services that you have requested. Please be assured we will not disclose information about you unless the disclosure is required or authorised by law, we adhere to the Privacy Act
Returns & Replacements
If you have received defective or damaged goods, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the problem as soon as possible.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase — e.g. your receipt.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept most major credit cards, PayPal or Direct Deposit. All pricing and promotions are current at the time of order.
