Shipping & Delivery

The service we use for most of our deliveries is Australia Post Express Post. With this service Australia Post will attempt delivery of your item, if no one is home they will leave a note and the item will be waiting for you at your local post office. This service also allows us to deliver to post office boxes.Some larger, heavier items are sent by Couriers Please. Our couriers will attempt delivery to your street address – if you are not at home when delivery is attempted, a note will be left so you can arrange a more suitable dropoff time. Items sent via courier will require a street address as they cannot deliver to PO Boxes.Currently, we ship orders within Australia only.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on your order when you proceed through the checkout with your purchase. You can view the calculated shipping rate simply by following the steps during checkout (Please note, these rates will be calculated BEFORE you need to supply payment details, so feel free to try!) Returns & Replacements

If you have recieved defective or damaged goods, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the problem as soon as possible.


If there are any problems with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept most major credit cards, Paypal or Direct Deposit. All pricing and promotions are current at the time of order. While we strive to ensure all pricing is correct, any incorrectly priced items will be immediately refunded at no charge to the customer.
